Family Hearts Together provides tailored Hearts of comfort kits for three age stages: Little Hearts (newborn to 5), Growing Hearts (6 to 11), and Big Hearts (12 to 18). Each kit includes essential hygiene care, books, journals, a fresh outfit or clothing certificate, and a cozy handmade blanket crafted with love. For our older youth, we also pack disposable cameras and photo albums so they can capture the good moments during challenging times. Families and case workers meeting program criteria can easily request kits online or by calling us.
